Dom service provides all the necessary services for residents of a large Moscow residential complex in one application. Here you can pay for the work of the management company and housing and communal services, contact the concierge, sign up for a car wash or book a table in a restaurant.

Since 2008, the company has been managing apartment buildings and residential complexes in Moscow and St. Petersburg. DS is always trying to provide customers with the best service, so for the new facility it was decided to make a functional mobile application that solves all the pressing problems of residents.
Create a platform with a personal account through which residents can use the services of a management company in a few clicks. Add all necessary sections and several user groups.

UI/UX Dom Service
LCD is not limited to apartments and entrances. Residents can take advantage of on-site restaurants, fitness clubs and car washes, as well as book electric car charging or join a cigar club. After selecting the desired institution, the user enters the booking screen and fills in the required information.
In the management company section, the user leaves a request to solve a specific problem, and after sending it, he monitors its status. Here you can also open a chat with the concierge and ask him a question of interest.
In the newsfeed, tenants receive important messages from the management company. News streams are filtered by entrance and floor. Each entry has its own importance parameter, by which you can sort the feed for convenience.
The user himself can choose the main background of the interface.
The default light design is made in pastel colors with dark fonts.
“Night” theme is available in the settings.
It uses a black background and white fonts.
In this section of the application, users pay utility bills and submit meter readings. Payment is made by document number or by QR code. All payments made are stored in the history, which can be opened at any time.

The concierge can manage the application both from a mobile device and from a PC. All the necessary functions are collected in one place. The concierge account is created by the application administrator.
List of tenants
Each tenant of the residential complex has his own card in the database, indicating the necessary information about him. By selecting the desired card, the concierge can start a chat with the tenant or call him.
This section contains information about the debt of tenants to pay utility bills. The concierge can see both the total amount for the entrance and the figures for specific apartments. Information about debts is provided by the customer's counterparty.

What was your main goal?
Our main goal was to make a convenient and most functional application for residents of the residential complex. In order to implement it, we have used a large number of integrations, for example, with such services as housing and communal accounting and IP intercom. We also made a convenient and functional web application for the concierge, with the help of which concierges can communicate with residents using a chat.

We believe that we have coped with the tasks set.
We have added a chat in the application and the creation of applications to the management company, which allow you to quickly contact the concierge of the residential complex and management company to discuss any questions.
We also implemented the ability to add several apartments to one account in order to make it easy for the user to switch between them. Added the ability to pay utility bills within our application

We work according to SCRUM
A project developed using the Scrum system is divided into working sprints - small pools of tasks limited in time.
At the end of each sprint, the intermediate result is provided to the customer for approval. If necessary, changes are made to the work.
The main feature of Scrum is the clear measurability of results. The manager constantly monitors the key indicators of the sprints and responds in time to the emerging situation.
All project documentation is maintained in our own CRM system. There is also a discussion of tasks in the team.
