Our application is the first social network that brings together ordinary users and real estate professionals. The site allows the buyer to choose an experienced realtor in a given city and ensure the transparency of the transaction.
Users aggregate useful information and news on the real estate market, as well as unite in professional communities. Realtors use Re Platforms as a service to find new clients and advertise their services.

How was the work
At the start of the project, the Crocoapps team helped the customer refine the idea and determine the final functionality of the application.
Next, a prototype of the first version of the design was developed.
After discussion with the client, we created a 2.0 version of the design, improving the UI.
When the design was ready, the development of a functional version of the application began - including setting up the server side and connecting the payment processing system.
As a result, after almost a year of painstaking work, a ready-made, fully working product is posted in the AppStore-s.
The new application contains 5 ecosystem independent modules, united in 1 social network, which allows you to close all stages of a transaction for the purchase and sale of real estate.

One of the main advantages of the application is UI / UX design. It is intuitive, user friendly. With simple, thoughtful navigation, all social network features are visible and easily accessible. A secure, optimized back end allows fast access to application databases.

The Re Platforms social network has no analogues. The application has a much broader functionality than the well-known real estate search sites. The main advantage of our platform is the ability to make transactions directly between users. Another useful feature is the rating of agencies and specialists. We make the search for real estate as fast, convenient, and profitable as possible.

What difficulties did you encounter during development?
Answer
During the development of the application, obvious shortcomings were identified in the UI/UX part, and we had to do additional, very accelerated work on reversing the application modules. It took only 2 months to implement the solutions. It was also quite difficult to think over the process of making transactions on the platform and concluding a contract for a transaction in a free format (analogy of DocuSign).
Question
What non-standard tasks had to be solved?
Answer
Implementation of a bilateral transaction agreement between users, ensuring the security of transactions. In addition, a UX / UI design was developed from scratch, combining the commercial and social parts of the project.
Review
Thanks to the Crocoapps team for their well-coordinated work and quick response to requests. We initially understood that the project would not be easy - due to the large number of functions and the serious load on the server side. But the guys did it. Yes, questions arose during the work - but they were resolved quickly and, one might say, gracefully.
